Is there a physical store besides the e-commerce platform?
There is no physical store for the time being, we only operate through the internet.

Can I received the products in my Post Office Box?
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, deliveries to a Post Office Box are not made.
Can I modify my order?
Orders that enter the distribution center system until 12.00pm are processed for shipment (delivered to the courier) on the same day. Orders that enter the system after 12.00pm are handled for shipment the following day. Therefore, until your order is delivered to the courier, you can make any changes you wish otherwise we will not be able to modify or change the delivery and payment method.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
The delivery address may be modified only in case that your order has been registered after 12.00pm on the day of the order and before the order is delivered to the courier.
Can I track my order?
For Personal Account and Users: to locate your order, please click on the “Track Shipping” link, enter your Order ID and Billing email in the box and click on the “Track” button. You will find this on your receipt and the confirmation email you have received. I have not received my order, what should i do?
If your order has not been delivered at the estimated delivery date according to the confirmation email you received, please contact us having available the following information:
• Your order number
• Your account details
• Your order cost
• Your payment details
What happened if a product is exhausted or sold out?
If you have already made a purchase and the product is exhausted, we will contact you directly to notify you of any delay in the shipment, to send you a similar one or to return your money. Additionally, if a product is exhausted or sold out, there will be a specific indication “exhausted” or “sold out”.
Is there a cancellation fee or restocking fee on orders?
The dreadful “restocking fee”. Just like our label, Golden Virgin Production is very transparent in all that we do. Many companies call it a “restocking fee”- in other words a fee charged to the customer, usually a percentage set by the company for cancellation which usually covers return shipping or other various fees. How this works at goldenvirginpro.com is if there is an error not caused by our company then we refund the full amount minus the credit card processing companies fees. Every time a transaction or order goes through, credit card companies and PayPal charge a fee. If this transaction or order needs to be cancelled, credit card companies and PayPal do not refund goldenvirginpro.com this amount. If you ever need to cancel your order, there will be a cancellation or “restocking fee” on the total order amount as listed below which are the fees from credit card processing companies. (Golden Virgin Production has no control over these fees unfortunately). Please contact us beforehand if you have any questions!
Is olive oil healthy?
YES!! Olive oil is known as one of the best sources of monounsaturated fatty acids, a type of fat that has been shown to improve blood cholesterol levels. The antioxidants in olive oil have also been shown to help fight a multitude of diseases. Find our here
Can you cook/fry with olive oil?
Yes! A high quality, low acidity extra virgin olive oil’s smoke point is roughly 400 degrees Fahrenheit, far above 250-350 degrees that covers most cooking. Make fried food healthier by using olive oil. Try gently frying an egg in our Golden Virgin EVOO, make French fries and fried chicken in olive oil and taste the Golden Virgin difference!
How do you store olive oil?
Olive oil should be stored in a cool, dark place. Properly stored, olive oil can keep for at least three years. It is, however, at its peak within a year and a half of production. Olive oil should not be stored in the refrigerator. If chilled, olive oil will become cloudy and eventually solidify or crystallize. Should this happen, the oil is perfectly fine; just leave the oil at room temperature for a time to restore it to its natural state.
What is Extra Virgin?
Extra virgin is the highest quality and most expensive olive oil classification. A true premium olive oil such as Golden Virgin, extra virgin olive oil and our premium original, is a single source never blended olive oil. It should have no defects and a flavor of fresh olives. It must be produced entirely by mechanical means without the use of any solvents, and under temperatures that will not egrade the oil. It’s not easy to produce extra virgin olive oil. A producer must use fresh olives in good condition and monitor every step of the process with great care. Extra virgin olive oil doesn’t stay that way: Even in perfect storage conditions, the oil will degrade over time, so it’s important to enjoy it within its two-year shelf life.
