Saliai Family have cultivated and produced olive oil for generations bringing a long experience and tradition in today’s activity namely the production of Premium Collection of Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Koroneiki variety in the Southwest part of Greece. The climate conditions and the short distance from the Ionian Sea play a key role in the cultivation as well as in the taste and aroma of the olive oil which is unique and preserves the flavor and aroma that keeps all the natural ingredients unaltered. The Olives are harvested manually in mid-November and processed the same day. The oil extraction follows the “Cold Pressed 23C” method while the storage in stainless steel tanks using nitrogen and the bottling under the strictest quality practices ensures a high concentration of antioxidant and polyphenolic elements.
The GOLDEN VIRGIN Premium EVOO is a unique cold-pressed product obtained exclusively from Koroneiki variety in Kamalata. Pressed from the fruit of ancient trees nestled in the southwest part of Greece. The Olives are harvested manually in mid-November and processed the same day. Very low acidity ( less than 0.6).
