SALIAI FARMS are located in Southwest Part of Greece in Kalamata region, in the hills of Iklaina Messinia.
SALIAI FAMILY have cultivated and produced olive oil for generations bringing a long experience and tradition in today’s activity namely the GOLDEN VIRGIN Extra Virgin Olive Oil exclusively from Koroneiki variety. The climate conditions and the short distance from the Ionian Sea play a key role in the cultivation as well as in the taste and aroma of the olive oil which is unique and preserves the flavor and aroma that keeps all the natural ingredients unaltered.
The Olives are harvested manually and processed the same day. The oil extraction follows the “Cold Pressed 23C-25C °” method while the storage in stainless steel tanks using nitrogen and the bottling under the strictest quality practices ensures a high concentration of antioxidant and polyphenolic elements.
